I don't feel like my rugs were cleaned thoroughly. I had three rooms shampooed and he was finished in 30 minutes. It didn't smell fresh and the rug was noot soft when it dried. I guess you get what you pay for. The last time I had my carpets cleaned I paid $200 and was very satisfied with the cleaning. I only paid $59 for this groupon but I could've rented a machine for the same price and did a better job.
