I was excited to to purchase this Groupon. Went to my first appointment and it seemed promising. Did some measurements and a modified workout. Then when I showed up for my first fit club class I was immediately disappointed. The classes are very large they have to split up in 3 groups of approx 20 people. I was so lost and didn’t know what to do most of the class. And nothing was explained. Bummer

Great personalized fitness plan after they very first visit! Trainers were personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Nothing like having your own motivator and cheerleader when beginning a new exercise regimen!!
