Serene Relaxation, Roseville

I loved this vendor. So much so that I bought gift certificates for friends & family and returned several times myself. Wonderful massage, however, my challenge is each visit, my time was cut short by 15-30 minutes. I can't continue to allow this. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Jennifer was Awesome!

The therapist had skills but the entire experience was a series of unprofessional events. First she showed up to the appointment late, after it started at 11am. I was there early as a new client and the parking lot gate was locked as well as building. I called with no answer. She could have called to let me know she was late. Started massage around 11:10 and ended at 12:20 so I was shorted 20 minutes! I paid for a 90 min massage not 70! I even asked her at the end, twice, “was that 90 minutes already?” And she said “yes you are all done.” After I was done getting dressed I approached her with the time difference and she said she would do some stretching. I didn’t pay for stretching and I wasn’t comfortable being there anymore after all that. She also never apologized for being late. The room was also cold and I think her aromatherapy device was burning out because it kept making a loud sizzling noise. I’m usually a big tipper but did not since my time was cut short. I was a massage therapist for 10 years so I know this was a complete mismanagement of time and professionalism.

Cynthia was fantastic. She was gentle but put pressure where it was needed. The work she did on my neck was amazing. She is a lreal pro. I highly recomend her.
