Course was in overall poor condition. Bunkers that I played in did not have sand. Hard pan right beneath thin layer of sand. Tee books for par threes had not been mowed for days. On seventeen it was like playing from the rough. My iron pulled hard right into a tee. Will not be back for a long time.

Woodcreek is in so-so condition. The greens were pretty good, but the bunkers were horrible. They have no drainage in them, as well as no sand. Virtually all of the bunkers consisted of standing water and mud. Driving range was in great condition. The fairways were very mucky due to the lack of drainage. Is this course worth what I paid for the Groupon? Not really.
