Five tons of pure pink Himalayan salt crystallized to the walls and ground at Roslyn Salt Cave work to simulate the micro-climate of a naturally occurring salt cave. Within this low-lit space, the healing, holistic properties of the salt need only be absorbed by breathing deeply and sitting still in the serenity. The salt air travels through the client's respiratory system, allowing the 84 naturally-occurring elements and minerals within Himalayan salt to help relieve sinus and breathing problems. All the while, the room's salt water cascade pours down at a steady, gentle pace, releasing a saline vapor that, when inhaled, helps strengthen immune systems and balance pH levels in the body.
