Only able to get 1 massage even though I paid for 2. Most times no one answered the phone nor responded to messages. Finally, able to reach someone and book appointment. Went for massage and therapist was a no/show. Informed by other therapist that she had quit a few weeks ago - why wasn't I notified? Time wasted! And, at that time the lights and AC were not working. Awful!

I had an appointment on July 23rd at 4pm at their Roswell exec ctr 425 east crossville rd suite C 30075 location. The door was locked and no one answered. I call numerous times to the phone number where I made the appointment and left messages and no one called me back. I waited 30 minutes past my appoinment time and no one showed up and no one has ever called me. I would like my money back since I did not receive the service and drove 30 minutes to the location for the massage that I never received.

It was sketchy from the beginning when I walked in and heard kids in another room. When I walked in the message room it was cluttered and sun shinning in. Throughout the entire message there was a little girl screaming "mommy" who Im assuming was my therapist
