For screen replacement, quick 40 mins and good work. Note: part is not Apple official, so phone will keep alerting. Must pay tax for service at store.

They fixed my phone within 45 mins. My screen was acting weird at first but it’s fine after i reset my phone. Also I didn’t like how they made me pay some “taxes” for my service. Any Groupon i’ve ever bought was a service paid in full, I feel like they are cheating their customers out of extra money..

Groupon policy states that the cash paid is good even if the discount isn’t honored. Not here though. Poor communication, poor customer service. Condescending and rude. Two stars because the piece was repaired quickly and a refund was given after much whining on their part. They also badmouthed Groupon. 🙄
