I did NOT get to redeem my groupon for the massage I purchased. I got a refund from Groupon after trying to get an appointment with PLU for 8 months! PLU never, never returned my calls, or answered my e-mails. A live person never answered the phone at PLU. Their link to "make an appointment" on the Groupon website only showed a calendar 5 weeks out with NO availability on any of the days. I have read several other bad reviews about them that mention the same problems I had. It's a shame that their very poor customer service is losing them business!

Massage therapist showed up late, but ended session early! He also talked through the whole session, not very relaxing.

I left messages several times to try and schedule my massage but never received a return call. I almost asked Groupon for a refund. I was finally able to get an appt. but 45 minutes before my appt. I received a call that the therapist was having to take a bus to get there and would be 45 minutes late. I didn't see this message in time so I went at my appt. time and had to sit in a non-relaxing lobby for another 45 minutes. The massage was average.
