UGH. Forgot this happened but just noticed the expired groupon so I thought I would expand on it. I purchased this with the understanding that they would go within 30 miles of their Sandy location (I live in Salt Lake City). When I called to schedule an appointment they said they had 'sold' my area to another company who would honor my groupon. Yeah, that never happened. Got the run around when I called the number they told me to and never got anyone to come to my house. Tried to get my money back through groupon who completely lacked understanding of the situation and referred me back to the company which referred me back to the 'other' company. It's a year later and I still miss my $49 wasted on this.

So far not good. I had an appt scheduled and they never came. Turns out the company didn't even have me in their system and now "maybe" they can get me in next week but no guarantee.
