This is a room inside of a gym. The machine is brand new as of spring 2016. I felt very little pain if any at all. And it works! Mila does a good job of checking all risks. She applies cold gel to the skin before starting and applies moisturizers after treatment.

I just had my first laser hair removal treatment. Mila is professional and friendly. The procedure did not cause any pain whatsoever and my skin is not even red. So far a very good experience! I am glad I bought this!
