Mario is an excellent shoe salesman because as a person he is patient, has a sense of humor, knows the stock, understands how the different makes of shoes should fit individual feet for comfort with a eye for style. He is a very good listener. I intended to buy 2 pair of shoes and ended up buying 4. The quality of the shoes at Caravel is exceptional. Standing in a pair for 12 hours is comfortable and walking is a pleasure.
