First of all, the therapist already told you that she has allergy before the service starts, and you said no problems. Second, we do have essential oil for air fresher. If you don't like the smell, we can turn it off anytime. Third, since we back walking massage during the service, if you don't like it, you can always let us know and we will accommodate for you. A lot of customers come to us because we do great back walking. We don’t like false or misleading comments that may confuse customers.
