It was the worst experience I've ever had with a spray tan so I contacted Groupon for a refund. The booth didn't work initially, so rather than get redressed I followed the attendant's instructions for resetting it. That didn't work, so I redressed so she could come in. When it finally worked, I felt like the spray sort of exploded out and didn't apply evenly. When I got out I had a glob of it on my neck, and unbeknownst to me until the next day, there were dark spots up and down the back of my legs where it didn't spray out evenly. Though the attendant was very apologetic and helpful throughout, I couldn't find her when I was done so there was no one to express my dissatisfaction to.

My experience actually started before I bought the groupon. I called because I had tons of questions. Ryan was so kind and helpful that's what really persuaded my purchase. I love mystic tanning and this was no different. I also had the heat massage and water massage table. They were ok. I would like to go and try the hydration tube thing and I'd probably go back for tanning even though I live about 30 miles away. The only thing is I didn't like having to come out each time go back to front, wait if someone had come in, then go back. Seems some way if you were having multiple sessions that there would be a way to contact the front and not have to go up each time.
