This guy wasn't available and would get back to us either for the massage I ordered for my grandmother. I req. a refund but no one has gotten back to me about it either

It was the most painful hour of my life. I told him that I like it light and he said that he was a therapist and didn't do "buff and shines ". Then he tried to get me to buy a massage package and was upset when I didn't. Finally as I was leaving he said "Are you planning on leaving me a gratuity for my hard work "? I had already planned to, but I thought that it was tacky the way that he asked. I won't go back. 3 days later and I am still sore and swollen.

Do not use Down Time. Will not shut up during the whole massage even after asking to be queit.
