We loved their selection and attentive customer service. Nadia, our sales person, was so pleasant and a joy to work with! We have been going to the same jewelry store in Birmingham for years, but now have made a change and switched to Metals in Time. I have event recommended MIT to friends and strangers recently who have complimented me on my new ring. Can't wait to go back.

I appreciate the fact that Metals in Time allowed me to use my expired Groupon for the full value and not the purchase price. They don't just repair old jewlry--they repair costume jewelry that isn't even silver. I have went to places that sneered and said they only repair gold jewelry. I am definitely going back.
