Services lasted 45 mins tops for each one of us. When I inquired about the 75 mins, was told the balance of the time was for cup of tea and 3 small cookies they left out with tip envelope. Never saw them again. Services were provided at the Franklin Tea Spa as this one was full. As in other reviews, did not feel clean or sanitary! Check out before buying and make sure you know what you are paying for!

Very nice, clean, private, enjoyable experience. Had a couples massage and both my wife and I had a blast! The drinks at the end put a nice finishing touch to a great day!!

A good deal, but a little unprofessional. They came in twice after they told us to change. They weren't very private, even when they would move the towel. I've had many massages and never felt uncomfortable like I did here. They did a great job on the facial, the massage was quick.

Buyer beware! No where in the fine print is this stated but when I called to make the appt I was told they DO NOT accept Groupons on the weekend. The “concierge” (who is actually the owner) was VERY rude on the phone & told me they “save” the weekend appointments for regular customers. I said “that’s not stated on my Groupon” & she said “well it might not be but that’s how it is”. I got a refund!
