Our NOMAD Circuits last less than an hour, and will quickly improve your Strength and Endurance. We offer INDOOR and OUTDOOR classes featuring TRX, SPIN, Battle Ropes, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Tires, and more.We even offer Obstacle Race Training to help you prepare for your next mud run!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The owners of NOMAD Fitness began their business to restore the companionship and physical challenge that was missing once they stopped playing organized sports. They first attempted to participate in other fitness classes, but found that those classes stuck them on treadmills or forced them to lift barbells continuously. They needed more variety from their workouts, so they created it themselves and have not looked back since.

What do you love most about your job? The best thing about NOMAD is the relationships that are built. So many people come to NOMAD looking for a workout, but they end up leaving with new friends that are similarly driven and help push them to be their best version of themselves! We are NOAMD Family.

We have literally changed people's outlook on what fitness is meant to be. Our goal is to get people active and comfortable being that way.
