The Philly Grill Restaurant, Royal Palm Beach

I would give the food a 5. The food is really pretty good, but the entire ordering process is exhausting. You wait on a single line (sometimes out the door) standing next to people trying to eat and it could take 15 minutes just to order. With all of the computer technology out in this world and with them having such a limited menu, this seems archaic. By the time the food is ready and cooked to order, you have bumped into 20 people, you are a little upset (or a lot upset) and also smell like everyone's food because you are standing right on top of them while ordering the entire time. The restaurant should allow the deals to be ordered To Go as long as you call ahead. OR even better, create a link with the menu choices and computerize it. Bottom line: If you are extremely patient and craving a good warm Philly, this is your place. If not, find another restaurant or deal.

food was better than average; but the help was awful. they wouldn't honor the lst certificate because it had expired; I only wanted the amount paid; and showed them where it said so; they still refused. When I was sent another one; by Groupon; I went back; help was forgetable. I won't go back.
