There cleaning process did very little to actually clean out the ducts. A waste of money.

This 'business' uses Groupon to get into people's homes to try to rip them off with unneeded services. they only go through the motions of actually completing the service that was puchased. They have an F rating with the BBB, and several very bad reviews on Yelp. In my opinion they are dishonest.

The company is scamming groupon customer so they can get into the customer's door and recommend upgrade service. Once I decline, they did their job so poorly that I wished I didn't get them into my home in the first place. I called to talk to them and letting them a second chance to settle the problem but they said they aren't in the business to give away their service. I paid $30 for the groupon's coupon, I took the time to meet them. I wouldn't say that was free. Groupon lost my business in the service department because of this.
