Although one can feel intimidated upon walking into the Natomas facility, it all might just be in your head! The coaches are friendly and genuinely want you to succeed, the regulars are approachable and committed, and the workouts are diverse and challenging at whatever level you want to push yourself. This one-month Groupon is definitely worth it if you want to dip your feet in the pool at first before jumping full in!
