Good afternoon Tishay, I’m sorry you feel this way but there are no hidden charges. You acknowledged the last minute cancellation policy. Not only have you had to reschedule your session numerous of times and I’ve worked with you. After a while it turns into an abuse case. This policy is in place for this reason here. No hidden charges. My system have tried to charge the fee and always received a response of insufficient charges. When no response from you in regards to your last minute cancellation it showed as if you were evading your charge of $75 for a last minute cancellation. You never mentioned you were canceling your appointment because you were sick or pregnant. You cancelled because of a babysitter. Itvis truly saddened you would keep bringing up that you were pregnant when that was not what you said. I offered you to wait but you insisted on wanting to schedule an appointment. But as you stated you requested for Groupon to give you a refund for services. I wish you nothing but the best in your future.
