Bad service, incomplete their job

I would strongly discourage Groupon from associating with this company. The individual who came to clean out my dryer vent arrived in an unmarked white van and said that he did not have a business card, replying "What do you need that for?" when I requested a card. He went into our attic to inspect our furnace as part of the service. While in the attic, he emailed me photos of my supposed furnace and advised me in the need for an expensive cleaning service that he could provide. I declined. Yesterday I happened to climb a 15 ft ladder to get a look at the furnace myself and found that the worker from Fresh Breeze had emailed me photos of someone else's furnace. SHADEY COMPANY. BEWARE!

We are still trying to get a refund, this WAS A COMPLETE and UTTER RIP OFF. I am completely and entirely convinced they only offer this deal to convince people to spend 10 times as much. They didn't even check before they told us we needed 900 dollars worth of additional services. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

The tech came in n literally took over the house, making himself at home, when I got home I ask whats going on n he told me to take it easy in my own HOUSE..!!!!!!!!
