Lorri Ann's an awesome instructor and motivator, as are the rest of her team. You are also encouraged to listen to your body. It's truly a nice sisterhood where you are encouraged to be the best you. Very welcoming.

So friendly and patient with all levels of fitness! I absolutely loved my first class! Being a momma of three under 4 I know the boot camp will assist with getting my pre-baby body back!

It's really an amazing workout and my class trainer (Tara) knocks it out of the park every time! Not only do they help you with your fitness they also help with changing your eating habits too!
