Did not get the complete package I bought - no mock-margarita, no head/neck/shoulder massage. Was left alone in a dim, shabby room for a long time sitting on a saggy couch with my feet in a cold tub of water and slime on my shins - so not relaxing. The robes were thin, stiff and kind of gray, and looked like they had been washed way too many times. The locker room had patched walls, chipped paint, no place to sit to even put your shoes on. No hint of a luxurious spa experience here - just tired, kitchshy decor, gaudy colors, worn out, run down, needs a total remodel. Did not feel "mellow" at all, or relaxed or pampered like you should when you have a spa day. Would definitely not recommend or go back!

I had a mediocre experience and I can't tell if it was the spa itself or the fact that I got a Groupon. There was three of us who wanted to book together. I understand it'd difficult to juggle three schedules, but I was also told when booking that they typically don't book three people for that package. It felt discouraging. The package is advertised as this super fun and relaxing experience with chips and salsa and non alcoholic margaritas. We were offered something to drink. I asked if they had coffee, they said it was instant. I requested water and it was given to us in a coffee mug. We were never offered chips and salsa. It wasn't a big deal but you shouldn't advertise something and not deliver. The quality of the service was just OK. I've had lots of massages and have a general idea about the firmness of the pressure applied. The foot soak was pleasant. The hand and leg massage was so light it didn't feel massage like. I opted for the hour massage with this package. The sound system in the room wasn't working so for almost half the massage it was just the sound of the therapist breathing. It was awkward. As for the massage itself, it was mediocre. I told the therapist my stress areas and that I prefer more pressure. The pressure was really light, like a glorified back rub. Bummer. I was really looking forward to the experience.
