If I could rate lower...when I tried to schedule they said c they wouldn't honor groupon...then when they came to house...arriving an hour after they stated they then stated that price would be even higher than the over priced price we agreed on on phone... The work even after all was poor...couldn't tell carpets were cleaned but carried on about how once it dried it would look fine...it didn't ever look better...

**BEWARE** You pay the Groupon discount, but once they show up and do the job, they charge you more because of the "treatment" that they use, or a stain, or stairs, even though that is still part of the sqft of carpet. But the carpets did come out fine, just wish that they would disclose those details under the details disclosures section.

Don't buy this Groupon. I paid $100 . Then he charges me another $200 . I understand that I had stairs and stains . Also he didn't even smell good even with the extra cost to make it smell good. And it was soaked for 2 days
