Michael Hare, senior piercer and owner of The Exotic Body, not only adorns birthday suits with hoops, barbells, and jewels, he also teaches seminars in the latest piercing techniques and methods. Opening in 1990, the team of body-art professionals sets up shop at one of the first piercing studios in Sacramento, and are all trained in safety and sanitation practices, as well as the art of customer service.
