When calling to book the class, the person on the phone was not very helpful. They wouldn't give me much information and instead told me I need to do my own research on their website and then call back when I had made a decision. I'm not impressed with the customer service. Was this treatment because I said I was planning on using a groupon?

My daughter and I had a very enjoyable afternoon. We plan to do it again.

The store is very nice, and I'm looking forward to attending their one of their classes. The only problem I see....is that their paper products are a little expensive. Since I am retired, I may look at Michaels for better prices for items needed.
