I purchased a groupon for $15 for $30 in product. At the time I purchased my groupon there was not any limitations on how I could redeem my groupon. Yet, when I tried to use my groupon I was told I could only purchase one food package. The employee said the owners just changed how customers could use the groupon. Not was I was expecting at all. Businesses should not be allowed to change how a customer can use the groupon after it has been purchased. I'm quite disappointed.

Wingstop Sacramento completely changed the terms of the groupon when we tried to redeem it. Rather that accepting the groupon for face value, we were told we would have to purchase a combination package.

The I ky reason why I'll go back is because they forgot to add my sauce in my to go bag. Really upset they did not honor my groupon voucher. Employees were rude and I was not pleased at all.

The only disappointment was the way the Manager changed the menu for the Groupon and limited what you can get. You could only get certain items with no exceptions. Two of the sauces we were given, no one in my family uses so it was a waste. I felt that I should be able to get what I eat, and not have to pay extra for what I like. The young man working the counter on Sat. evening was great even though he had to explain to disappointed people about the Groupon menu. He handled it very well. I'm sorry I didn't get his name.
