CrossFit FireProof strives to deliver the CrossFit program exactly as it is intended. We are super real folks who have struggled with our weight, self-image and health and we want to be the hope that people need to make positive changes for themselves and their families through CrossFit.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Fun inviting atmosphere, amazing members and encouraging coaching

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We want people who are former HS or College athletes to those never lifted a weight in their lives, to have their lives changed all because we cared and pushed them to do great things.

What do you love most about your job?
The people we encounter and make a difference in daily becuase they make a difference in ours. It's like huge extended family.

I would always drive by this place and wonder about it. It is in a shed off the side of the road and didn't know exactly what it was, but when I finally inquired about it, I was pretty amazed. I was in class with a few others and all of us were given individual attention. Everyone here was nice and the others had been for a couple of years. To me, that shows that the place has results. Love it.
