I called to cancel my reservation but was instructed to send an email due to high call volumes resulting from COVID-19. They waited until after the cancellation deadline to respond to my request and refused to refund my money claiming I had missed the deadline.

I was not able to utilize my groupon due to Covid and unable to get my money back. So needless to say I am not happy.

The experience was fine but the Groupon didn’t add any value. The SkyPark daily rate and the Groupon rate was the same. No benefit at all! Do your homework and don’t assume that because it’s a Groupon, your getting a discount 😠

Buyer beware if you are using Park Whiz to park at an airport. When it comes to airport parking, PARK WHIZ OFFERS NO DISCOUNT OVER NORMAL PRICES. I cannot think of a good reason to ever use them unless off-airport parking is extremely limited. At my airport, parking is NEVER limited. In my case, the sign for the parking lot I was supposed to use is located at the entrance of a competitor's lot. Eight days later, as I leave the lot, I find out that I parked at the wrong lot. I have since spoken with others who encountered this same problem, mistaking these two lots. Park Whiz claims they will include special directions in circumstances like this but in this case my Parking Pass included NO special parking instructions other than showing my code to the attendant when leaving. Someone new to these two lots would need to know to drive 1/10th of a mile downhill from the lot's first sign, along an unmarked paved road in order to find the correct entrance. I suggested Park Whiz should add "Do not park where you see the sign. Instead, drive the distance of two football fields away from that sign along the side road that has no name and enter the actual lot at the bottom of the hill." I asked Park Whiz if they would consider a refund or offering a voucher for any smaller amount for future airport parking but they refused. In fact, after three email exchanges over six days, in bizarre fashion, they tried to refer me back to Groupon for a refund. Groupon didn't create the offer. Park Whiz did. Buyer Beware.

The Groupon saved us about $30! The people were very helpful with luggage. I would go there again.

Very convenient and when doing valet they are quick and have your car ready to go. When we had it there during a son storm they even cleaned iff the entire car for us!
