Milan Aesthetics Medical Spa, St. Augustine

Not so great. Unfortunately this location is right next door to a cigar bar and it’s odor has permeated through the walls. Not what I like to smell at a spa.! The young girls at the front desk are rude. I called multiple times to make an appointment, only to reach an answering machine. I left several messages over a 3 week period. My calls were never returned. I finally drove to the facility to make an appointment in person. The signage on the building had an entirely different name. I expected the front desk to be busy since I was never able to get anyone to return my calls. Instead I see 2 young ladies at the front desk having a conversation who gave me the impression that I was disturbing them. I explained my situation and was asked “ so do you want to schedule an appointment now?” No apologies for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service.

Great customer service but no results after 5 session.

Great customer service! Everyone is friendly. No results for me! I was not impressed after spending $800 to see no difference. I did everything right but got no results. Did the full experience as they offered. I was disappointed.

Stephanie was amazing! The hydro facial was a dream
