Never redeemed, scheduled tour on Dec. 28, company cancelled due to bad weather; did not return my voucher for credit; have called, emailed, chatted with groupon but no answer as representative promised. Am saddened as I have purchased many items from Groupon

I never got to use my Groupon. It mysteriously was marked redeemed twice. What's up with that? I wrote to Groupon Customer Service and got no response. A waste of money. Don't waste your time.

We loved the tour. The Captain and the first mate made it an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back for more tours

I never redeemed it n website kept saying redeemed. I called Groupon n they unredeemed it. I kept calling n leaving messages to book. No one returned call n again it showed as redeemed. Fighting to get my money back. Not a reliable vender. No one buy here for this business
