About AFROBICS

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
AFROBICS is a concept which embraces all people mixing Aerobics and Dance. AFROBICS is aerobics using R&B, Hip Hop, African, Brazilian, Afro-Cuban, Salsa, and other Afro-centric based genres of music.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
If you are looking for a fun and effective fitness class that feels more like a night out dancing than a workout, then try AFROBICS! Come ready to work-out to your favorite R&B hits, International Rhythms, as well as LIVE drumming! Students leave the class feeling energized!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Who says you have to travel abroad to experience the authentic sounds and dance of Africa! Come ready for an Aerobics Dance Workout to your favorite R&B Hits, Hip-Hop, International Rhythms of West Africa, Caribbeans (Cuba, Dominican Republic), and Brazil with Live Drumming!
