Going on more than 60 years, Fundy Restaurant's culinary maestros continue to perfect their scallop, fish, and lobster dishes with ingredients supplied by local fishermen and produce dealers. Live lobsters put on their best bibs hoping to be chosen from a tank before taking their places at tables alongside 6-ounce rib-eye steaks and a variety of pastas. Outdoors, the two-tier outdoor balcony hosts stunning views of the Annapolis Basin as meals come out, or diners can gather in one of Fundy's four indoor dining areas such as the 80-foot glass solarium, which affords panoramic views of the boardwalk below.
On that very boardwalk, directly beneath and behind Fundy, patrons of Dockside Restaurant & Bar stuff their mouths with seafood munchies and lunchtime fare. Throughout their courses diners luxuriate on the restaurant's casual outdoor patio right on the bay. Guests can share plates or drinks after jaunts through the Fundy Complex, and a nearby dock and floating slip accommodate customers travelling by yacht or rental shark with up to five hours of docking time before tides change.
