Dropped car off on Tuesday, received a call from owner that installers left (without calling anyone) for a funeral, no one worked on car. Also, that additional key was needed for this type of car, which was never communicated to me during appt set up or drop-off..Set up another appointment today, and there is an eviction notice on the door with no employees around. Groupon was redeemed yesterday, but not by me.
