My steak was overdone as was my wife’s steak-it was certainly edible and I do have problems with returning a $44 entree- didn’t see a temperature gauge indicating whether it was medium rare- but was truly disappointed but loved our server! If you are a Chop House you gotta get the beef right-we don’t get steak often but when we do it’s gotta be right-don’t think that would have happened at Fleming

Wonderful dinner as usual. The Lobster shellfish risoto was to die for. My wife equally loved her veal picatta. Great waiter too.
