The official restaurant of the culinary school, the L’Ecole Culinaire gives students in their final term the chance to show off the skills they've acquired over their tenure there. Specializing in contemporary American cuisine, the chefs craft elegant plates during both lunch and dinner. Evenings, they invite guests to share small plates including crispy pork belly with French lentils, and apple-braised salmon framed with aromatic vegetables. During lunch, more casual cuisine comes to the table. including soups, salads, and sandwiches.
