I would only recommend them to people with strong focus and who are strong readers as the material is rich and deep. It didn't quite work for me because it's all reading. No videos, which is a mistake in this era of visual communication, or at least I'm a visual learner. On top of that, I work a lot, it's all new to me, and I'm a non native speaker, so I needed some kind very interesting way, illustration videos, to help me understand fast and remember all that material.
