The Kitchen Sink, St. Louis

The Kitchen Sink is inspired by New Orleans flavors, but as its name suggests, the menu realizes that vision with a hearty helping of eclecticism. There's jambalaya and etouffee, sure, but Creole ingredients also accent imaginative entrees such as a Cajun gyro and a 3 Lil' Pigs burger with an andouille sausage patty. These bold tastes aren't limited to lunch and dinner—for instance, the breakfast menu features the popular crab cake benedict, as well as the aptly named The Sink, a plateful of biscuits, sausage patties, tater tots designed to pair with a gulp from a cold-water tap.
