I couldn't get in before it expired due to the fact they only did teeth whitening on certain days. When I called they said they would work with me they came back a few minutes later and said no we can't. The woman I spoke to was very rude! I would NOT recommend them for any dental services! I used to go there for all my services but I switched to a different dental office.

The Groupon I purchased was advertised as Zoom Whitening, which is the procedure I expected going into the clinic. The Zoom procedure was not done, but instead a different whitening treatment. As the woman performed the procedure, she told me she had only worked at this dental clinic for a week and this was the first whitening procedure she had done on her own. I would not have had a problem with a new person doing the whitening, but she did not seem confident. Before the whitening gel was placed on the teeth, they apply a protective barrier to the gums. The application of the protective barrier was not done in a very precise manner at all. The barrier (that prevents the whitening gel from bleaching what it covers) was covering significant areas of my teeth and did not cover my gums in several areas. This resulted in spots of my teeth not exposed to the bleach and therefore left uneven whitening and painful, burned gums in other areas. The woman even commented that I would be in quite a bit of pain and discomfort post-treatment. I expected some sensitivity from a teeth whitening procedure, but feel that this could have been diminished by a more careful, experienced, and detail-oriented application of the product. Then again, maybe I would've had better luck with the actual procedure I paid for.
