Founded and based in St Paul, MN, Burning Brothers is a full-scale production brewery that produces distinctive and specialty gluten-free craft beers. The business takes it's name from our founders old profession as fire-eaters, which as you can imagine is it's own distinctive and special story. With a focus on innovation and quality, coupled with our own blend of quirkiness, we strive to provide great-tasting and unique beers for you. Don't fear the beer®.

Some of our signature brews include:

• "PYRO" American Pale Ale: An American twist on an English bitter, this is a light fruity beer that can be enjoyed at any time! We substitute the traditional English flavor with our own unique blend of American hops. Note the initial taste of orange followed by just a hint of grapefruit.

• "ROASTED" Coffee Ale: We love coffee... we love beer... How could it go wrong? We start with a single-hopped strong ale and blend it with cold brewed coffee to create a smooth balance of bitter and sweet with hints of caramel.

• "RAJ-AGNI" India Pale Ale: This adapted version of the historical English style offers a balanced bitterness with a slight hint of blackstrap molasses. Using exclusively Cluster hops allows us to bring forth both spicy and floral aromas to compliment the mix between earthy flavors and sweet fruits.
