She missed my first appointment, did not call me to let me know, spent all day with my daughter getting ready and shopping to then drive 40 minutes and no one is there. I then had the shots taken on another visit, another day spent driving and getting there, to pick one shot with my groupon and wait 2 weeks for one file. Then after all of this I am being asked for $20 to mail the other photos. Completely unprofessional and would not use her again or recommend her. You get what you pay for with Groupon I suppose.
