Los Ocampo Mexican Restaurant has been serving authentic Mexican fare to the Twin Cities since 2003. There's no shortage of flavorful options, but here are some of the menu's best.

• Huarache: One of its most popular dishes, this entree features a fried masa cake covered in refried beans, then topped with lettuce, sour cream, cheese, onions, radish, and a choice of meat.
• Mexican fish tacos: White fish, grilled onions, and green and red peppers pop with jalapeños and pico de gallo in a trio of handmade corn tortillas.
• Los Ocampo burrito: Hearty doesn't even begin to describe this buritto, composed of a 13-inch flour tortilla filled with with rice, beans, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and pico de gallo, plus a choice of meat or veggies.
