DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They rescheduled on us 3 times (that's 3 days that we had to take off of work to wait for them to show up) but they had a different excuse each time (which we later found out were lies). Finally on the 3rd no-call-no-show, my husband called and talked to the owner, Jim, who was extremely rude...and I quote: "you don't know what it's like to run a small business. F*$k You...go get a refund'. Wow. We actually DO know what it's like to run a business, and that's what Groupon is all about, supporting local business. All I know is that I would never treat a customer like that, when it was Mayer Furnace's scheduling issue to begin with! So now I am out the $$ we spent on the Groupon since we can't get a refund, and they clearly will not be scheduling a service in the future. STAY AWAY FROM MAYER FURNACE & DUCT CLEANING.
