I was given a very quick overview of the machines and then given a bathrobe (which was too small for me) and I had to go to the next room covered in the bathrobe. I was not impressed with the light therapy machine (glorified tanning bed) or the hydration machine (they said I'd be sweating all over but I only got wet where steam came down on me). The hydromassage machine was very unrelaxing and it gave me a backache the following day. All in all, it was not the relaxing package they claim it to be.
