Tacos Nachos & Beer’s menu is divided into three sections—you can probably guess their titles. However, the eatery isn’t completely characterized by simplicity. As Thrillist notes, it emphasizes from-scratch cuisine—its tortillas are even made onsite in an old-school Tortilladora Monarca. And its gourmet proteins are equally thoughtfully prepared: nachos and tacos come crowned with grilled and seasoned prime rib, pastor, chorizo, and chicken breast.
The eatery’s salsa bar tops everything off with six salsa styles ranging from mild avocado and pico to super hot habanero. The beer selection complements the food with pours such as Dos Equis, Corona, and Modelo.
