Burg CrossFit is a community of friendly individuals that support each other in achieving their fitness and health potential. With this system, we build and maximize your overall fitness level through group classes and individual lessons led by our skilled coaching staff.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer a hybrid version of a nontraditional strength and conditioning program. It is a mixture of continuously varied functional movements executed at high intensity.
