We specialize in holistic wellness and our certified staff specializes in natural and safe healing modalities like nutrition, life coaching, mindfulness based-therapies, restorative and gentle yoga, and sound therapy.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We use various health, nutrition, & life style evaluation tools to help our clients set the right goals. Through personalized services & one-on-one sessions each clients receives a tailored fitness & wellness plan from our certified nutritionist, yoga therapist, & holistic life and wellness coach.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After many years in the mental health field & teaching holistic wellness Basia Toczek, M.A., CNHP, RYT decided to combine her health expertise & developed a holistic approach to total wellness. Our mission is to teach & support each person on transforming their home, health, & life holistically.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping and supporting other is my passion. I am honored to be apart of so many people's personal growth & wellness journeys. It is so inspiring to witness the personal health & wellness transformations. I feel very proud of all of my clients, their efforts, and accomplishments.
