The salon was very nice and relaxing. The people that worked there gave me a tour and really made me feel welcome. They had a lot of products, but did not push to sell them. I think overall it was a great experience and I would return.

There were several problems. First, when I made the appointment I was informed there was a 20% tip policy on all Groupons so I would need to have $24 in cash when I arrived - a tip is based on quality of service and should not be mandated for any reason. Second, when I called to make the appt the receptionist said "well I could try and get someone in here today for you". I felt like I was inconveniencing someone. Lastly, what was supposed to be a 60 minute treatment was, at best, 35 minutes long. I really felt like I received the bare minimum all the way around so no, I would not go back or recommend it to anyone else. In fact, I doubt I will spend $60+tip on a Groupon for a spa service at any other facility as well for fear of wasting more money.

I bought $120 of services for $60. At the end of the service they DEMANDED a $24 tip (20% of the original price). The service itself was fine.
