Tampa Bay Boat Rental, Saint Petersburg

I am very upset, with this company! I booked this trip a month ago and when I get to the dock 30 mind early the person I believe his name is Peter told me to go have lunch and the boat should be there by 1:30pm. I walked over to the boat at 1:45pm a guy was cleaning the boat and told me to give him 15mins. I walked back to the restaurant to get the other person going with and by time we walked back the boat had left us. The whole time I was communicating with these people letting them know my every move and they still left me. AND then told me I couldn't reschedule nor get an refund. I believe once the guy saw my race he didn't care and left us. Because I never got a call telling me they were pulling off nor did he tell me to wait because I could have just stood there and call the other guest to the dock.

Bikes were decent. Owner was nice and accommodating. Bike towards the residents inn where they have a bike trail.

Horrible short plastic paddle boards that will not hold anyone over 200lbs. My husband who is an obvious 6’2” and 220 was barely floating in the water, he was mostly submerged. The bay is not ideal for paddle boarding as it is a boating and jet ski haven. Furthermore you can rent one paddle board for 2 hrs for $25. It was the worst experience ever, we gave up after 35 minutes. Go anywhere but here
